My name is Cheri Felix. I received the Advanced Coaching Certification through ChoicePoint Consulting. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After college, I moved to Egypt for two years and attended The American University of Cairo to study Arabic. I'm mildly obsessed with trail running, mountain biking, backpacking, camping, hiking and being outside every chance I get. Whether you are a student looking for support, someone looking to re-design their life, or someone who's just stuck in the wrong lane, we can work together. My clients include business owners, students, athletes, managers, parents and everything in between. Most of the time, if we believe we need to make a change, it's probably true.

Cheri Felix Life Coach
I work with all sorts of people. At the end of the day, we’re all people and have the same stuff come up for us. Unless you’re a vampire, and then that’s totally different. For the rest of us regardless of income, status or shoe size we can find a place from which to relate to each other.

Coaching can be done face to face or over the telephone.
1 hour session: $90.00
You dictate how often we meet. Usually, in the beginning, we meet a few times a month to get after what needs work. In general, I let clients determine the pace. Some people want to meet weekly and then they move to a monthly meeting and eventually they only need a quarterly check in. You're in charge.
I offer one-on-one coaching as well as "office coaching". Offering employees personal coaching is much like offering health insurance or paid vacation. It benefits everyone when people are happy, performing well and excited about contributing. I also love working with students. Being a college student is different than "when I was a kid." I meet with students to discuss strategies and life skills to help them be successful and happy.
To begin, we can meet or talk on the phone for a complimentary quick session to see if we are a good fit.
Once we get started, together we will examine your patterns and see where you are getting stuck in your life. It's also common to email and text between sessions when you are going through something sticky in your life. Looking at your life is challenging and rewarding. It's not easy, but it is amazing.

No Magic. No Unicorns. Just you.

Less Leaning in and More Letting Go

I went for a long walk in the woods a few weeks back and thought about all the things most us of carry around. The pain,

Laughter Really Can Be The Best Medicine.

One day I found out that my dad wasn’t my dad. I’ll let that one seep in a bit. Ready? First of all, I was not a victim.

The Confidence Balloon.

The other day I was thinking about confidence and why some people have more and some people have less and can we ever recover the confidence that we’ve lost.

Who’s Your Daddy?

I’m going to walk the line between personal and professional which is frankly a very thin line anyway. Over the course of some weeks I’ll share my story of finding out that my dad wasn’t my biological dad at the age of 46 and about how I came to search for my biological parent.

Music & Memories

I’m thinking about when we hear a song and how it can immediately transport us back to another day and time and we can actually tap into the very feelings we were having.

Hi. It’s Me, Cheri.

Some of you may want to know a bit more about me. So let’s get started.
